Who We Are
Denny and April Robert
Denny has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006 and a real estate investor since 2012, alongside his wife April. Over the years, he’s worked with hundreds of homeowners across many different situations.
Most sellers who reach out to Denny aren’t stressed about price alone; they’re stressed about time, uncertainty, finances, or a home that needs more updating than they can manage.
Most people who contact us aren’t looking for the “best price.” They’re looking for clarity, momentum, and a straightforward way to solve a problem that’s been weighing on them.
Denny is the primary point of contact for sellers and personally walks each homeowner through their options, whether or not selling to us ends up being the right fit.
Kendrick and Stoy Jones
Stoy and her husband Kenny began investing in real estate in 2023. Stoy works closely behind the scenes in investor relations and project management, making sure every deal is handled carefully and responsibly.
She is deeply detail-oriented and cares about doing things the right way, not just quickly. While Denny works directly with sellers, Stoy primarily works with our cash buyers and oversees the execution side of each transaction.
Stoy and Kenny’s daughter also attends Agape Adventure Academy, which keeps our work deeply connected to the community we live in and care about.
Sera Dela Vega
Sera is our executive assistant, handling transaction management and coordination. Her role is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks; timelines, paperwork, communication, and follow-up.
From contract to closing, Sera helps ensure that every step is handled clearly and professionally so sellers aren’t left wondering what comes next.
Our Families & Community
Our families are deeply rooted in the St. Louis community.
April, Denny’s wife and long-time business partner, runs the day-to-day operations at Agape Adventure Academy. Her work focuses on leadership development, structure, and caring for families — values that naturally carry over into how we approach real estate.
Kendrick, who works closely with our family, is also a coach with the East St. Louis Flyers high school football program, an award-winning team and a long-standing source of pride in the community. Coaching is more than a role for him; it’s a way to invest in discipline, mentorship, and growth for young people.
These commitments outside of real estate matter to us. They keep us grounded, accountable, and connected to the people and neighborhoods we serve.
Our Mission
